Engen Petroleum
Wrong amount of petrol

I went to fill petrol on 14/03/2013 Thursday at around 11:30pm. I get there, & the attendants are standing around having conversation. After a few mins a lady come strolling along towards my vehicle to assist me. I hand over my keys & tell her to put R40 petrol. As i'm waiting i realize that it is taking a while to fill R40 petrol & notice that the meter is at R200 I stopped the lady & asked her what she was doing &she said that i told her to put "full tank" and she looked at me & said she doesn't know what to do because she cannot pay for it. I then asked to see the manager and the "supervisor" came I explained to him what had happened and he had a nerve to ask me "where is your card so you can pay for this". It was getting late I couldn't stay any longer I then said that I will come back the next day. They would not allow me to leave, they wanted to pump the petrol out with the airpump, I was furious as I am not a & I always go to fill petrol at that garage. I asked for the bosses no. & they said that they dont have it I should come in the morning, again the boss was not there i asked for his cell no.& they said their boss does not like to be called.
