Engen Garage: Watermeyer - Manager Bad Attitude

12th of February 2013 at 07:15 at the Engen Watermeyer garage to put in petrol. Handed the car keys to the petrol attendant to open the petrol cap, put in petrol, return my car key. tried to insert the key into the ignition, the key wouldn't insert, saw that the key was broken. called the petrol attendant ask what happened, if he broke off the key in the petrol cap, he then said, I handed him the broken key, it was broken before he opened the petrol cap. I phoned a locksmith to come and open the ignition to see if the key was broken off in the ignition like the petrol attendant was telling me. The car stood at the garage till 16:00, the locksmith opened the ignition there was no broken off piece in there. I called the lady working in the office to say that the locksmith is going to open the petrol cap to see if the piece is in there. The locksmith showed us the piece which was broken off. I took the invoice to the manager the next day. Walked in there greeted nicely, no greeting back, asking me what is my problem, Very arrogant and rude, telling me that it is my side of the story and not what the attendant is telling him, the lady also did not correct him that she witness it
