I went to Dominique's Cafe on Saturday to enjoy a cup of coffee, but NEVER again.
I stood at the entrance for more than a minute to be helped, being ignored by all staff, including the "manager". He eventually comes to me and I ask him if I should really spend my money here as I am totally being ignored. So he looks at me with a duh look on his face, and I ask him do you have a table for 1?
So he said, you know what, no we don't. I asked to speak to his manager, he said he is the manager - WHAT?
Then I ask to speak to the owner, which he said he was... meanwhile he isn't the owner, but a rude guy who thinks he is king but should actually be without a job and rather let people who WANTS to be there and WANTS a job help customers, instead of being rude to paying customers... without customers he wouldn't be so rude right, but beg customers to go there.
We spoke to the owner, but still waiting for his apparent reply as to what is happening with his rude staff.
How can people make a success of their business when customer service is pathetic? It's like we do them a favour going there... I will never go there again and make it my mission to tell everyone about the bad service
