I have just witnessed the most disgusting demonstration of 'customer service' at the Carnival Mall Ocean Basket where the owner/manager first of all created a scene having picked up a stompie and accused a couple of 'playing tricks' to get out of paying for a meal. First the owner (Portuguese?) threw a drink at the customer (which had been paid for) then proceeded to shout and swear (f..., off) and don't come back etc. as we had already paid our bill we also decided to leave, but commented to the owner on the way out that we would also not be returning. My partner was told to 'shut up'. Thank you very much! If this is the type of franchisees that you take on then I'm afraid you've made a big mistake. This incident will be going to Hellopeter and onto my social media page. This restaurant is an insult to the brand
