Deliberately refueled vehicle at closest filling station (approx 5 to 6 km from airport).
Called to query why I was charged in full for the security deposit (usually this is only held against the credit card - not actually charged, hence my concern). As an aside the call centre agent mentioned a R73.50 refueling charge. Apparently they had to put in 5l. So the Hyundai i10 used 5l to drive 6km. I don't think so. Agent said he would investigate and get back to me which he didn't. Just received invoice and sure enough the ridiculous refueling charge is there.
