Good advice received telephonically

I made an enquiry for a replacement 12V battery for my hybrid vehicle.

The information recieved was to rather purchase a replacement battery directly from the agents.
The key reasons was due to differences in amperage capacity and being valve regulated.
If I insisted, they would sell me a battery, but advised strongly against this.

It's great to know that there is still honesty out there and not just wanting to just make a quick sale.
With this in mind, I'll definatly purchase future batteries for my other vehicles at this branch.
