WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I bought a Mahindra XUV500 in April 2012, with it being a new car there was some issues with the GPS. This is not my complaint. The complaint is that the last time I reported the Navigation system not working in September 2012. I was told to bring my car in. It wasn't fixed on that occasion. i brought it back in again in October, again without the navigation not being fixed. They told me they will order the updated maps and notify me. When I brought my car in in beginning Jan I asked that they please fix my navigation, once again I was told they don't have the maps. i asked them and written on the job cards that the Service Manager must contact me as I am very unhappy with their service. They have not contacted me to date and my navigation still don't work (it hasn't been working for more than it actually has been working). Their service department is utterly pathetic and I will do my best to never use that branch of Mahindra ever again!!! 11111
