Speed, accuracy and bending over backwards

My wife's line of work requires her to move between health facilities from time to time and that requires us to update our risk address very often. We had just purchased a vehicle and it was time for us to take delivery. We discovered that the risk address had not been updated for that month and therefore the dealer would not grant us delivery. We called Outsurance and Phumla was on the other end, it was a Saturday she was about to knock off. She understood the problem, listened patiently to what we needed and solved it. It took about three to four phone calls from her to us but the problem was solved. If it were another service provider, we would have been to call back during office hours especially because it was our fault... thank you Phumla/customer is KING at Outsurance
