I have been a customer of PG Auto Glass - Vanderbijlpark since 1996. I have to compliment Babsie with her endurance of friendly and excellence in customer service and always going 100 steps further than anybody at the branch. She always sorts out the problems and is friendly whilst doing that. I have noticed her colleagues has experienced problems a couple of months ago (with a client) and i assured her to I would gladly wait in order to be served by her, Since she's been dealing with me (since she were a manager) and my other companies for so many years. Louise (current manager) were experiencing a problem and i gladly waited for her to help me. I would not say I were surprised by her skills as ex-manager. I question it though if the manager couldn't sort it out herself? I would like to Thank You in particular Babsie for the fantastic service you've provide me for this past 17 years. I am glad to be one of your customers. I think you deserve a medal for being such a helping hand to others. THANK YOU PG AUTO GLASS VANDERBIJLPARK IN PARTICULAR BABSIE!
