PG Glass Pinetown has poor customer service

The PG Glass in Pinetown has offered poor customer service as evidenced by the following:

1. After dropping off my car, I requested a lift to the shopping centre (due to the waiting period for the car) which was approx. 3km away and was told by the manager that they don't give lifts to customers. Upon further enquiries it was found that they do provide lifts to nearby areas. We thereafter asked the manager if they could not help us out as the customers and she indicated that there was absolutely no way that they could provide a lift.
2. The manager indicated that the fitment takes 3.5 hours and she would call when its ready but I only found out that my car was ready when I called. After I started the 3km to the PG Glass, the manager attempts to call to let me know that car is ready- probably trying to cover her bases.
3. After walking 3km in the burning Durban sun, the manager, Mogie avoids all eye contact and refuses to deal with the me, the customers, and passes me off onto a junior worker.

I have received good service from PG Glass Edenvale, so expect the same from Pinetown, but was absolutely appaulled at the way I was treated. PG Glass Pinetown does not care for customers!
