Full Valet - For clean cars only

I dropped my car of at Sparkling Auto Care Centre in centurion for a full valet. It was dirty and need a good clean. I was charged R800 for the lot. At home I inspected the work only to find the following:

1. Dash not cleaned properly, still dirty, cleaned it with brush and soap again.
2. Ashtray in car not cleaned?
3. Half done polish job, roof was not even polished.

When I complained on Monday, I was told they did me a favour. For sure, then why did I pay you? I was also told that the car was very dirty and that I must not expect a new car. For sure, but why would I bring you a clean car to valet.

Never again will you see my business.
