I took my car for a wash & vacuum to Sparkling Auto Care Nelspruit. upon arrival I made a point to ask the man that accepts the car to tell him that the bottom of the front doors must be cleaned properly. There is a lot of shoe polish marks due to climbing in and out of the car with safety shoes every day. I also asked him that the PVC bumpers must be sprayed and wiped with Silicon as the sun makes bad marks on the bumpers. As this was the 2nd time I asked for the extra work I also told the man that I asked for it previously and it was NOT done as well. I am more than prepaired to pay for the extra work. Upon collection I noticed that the work I asked for was again not done. I approached the manager/owner and told him that it is now the 2nd time I ask for this to be done and it is again not done. He then went to the car with one of the employees and a bucket with a scrubbing brush and started cleaning. He had a very bad attitude and told me that htis is not part of the normal car wash procedure. It is then when I got angry and told him it is the 2nd time and I said that I will pay for it and is not expecting any freebies. We do not need this kind of service!!!
