Great Patience, Persistance and Attitude

A HUGE and WARM thank you to Koos and his team from ECAR, Menlyn for the persistence and patience to troubleshoot a problem i have picked up towards the end of last year with my car. My BMW, with over 400 000 KM's on the clock, decided to become sluggish and high on fuel consumption. As ECar serviced the car middle of last year, i decided to ask them for help. They recommended that I should have the Cats removed, which I have done. The problem was still there and I then took it back to Ecar, a little irritated, that the costly exercise to remove the Cats did not resolve my problem owner, The owner, Koos, handled the situation well and had the Root Cause identified and fixed by an expert quickly. The car is now as good as new and much more efficient on fuel consumption. Well done, Ecar!
