To bad they don't care about customer service enough to subscribe here. At least you all can read how good this company is with the blame game!
Popped in for a wash since my car was dusty with a bit of sticky deposit on the rails. If it was only dust, I would've washed it myself. After the "thorough" wash, the sticky stuff was still on the rails. The guy told me its scratches that he can't do anything about, so I proceeded to show him I can remove it by just rubbing. Then they told me they don't rub without a full valet.
This is wrong, all I asked is to get a clean car. No buffing required if you can rub it off with a clean cloth and some elbow-grease. So after a long debate over if this is removable (after he saw me remove it), the guy told me again that I'm wrong, they are not allowed to clean my car without a full valet.
Meanwhile the manager was running around with everyone complaining about the dirt still on their cars after a "wash".
Never again will I waste my time like this. Best of all, when it came to taking my money, the manager did not even say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. All I noticed was how they leave the box with car keys unlocked and unattended...
