My Bluebean Card from Standard Bank must be delivered by UTi Couriers, they contact me for delivery on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunally the person that phoned me discussed me so much that I almost feel to cancel my card with Standard Bank all together. The arrangements was almost finished when she asked me what proof of physical address I'm going to give on delivery. Which I told her I will be giving my FICA print out from ABSA Bank which show my physical aswell as my postal address due to the fact that I don't have street delivery in Rayton. She kept on raising her voice and not listening or giving me a change to finish my sentences. Telling me that they will not accept it, well I deal with all the major banks and the munisipality's lisence department on a daily basis for my work and they all except this as proof of address what makes UTI so special that they don't!!! Call Centre people must not be allowed to speak to customers if they don't have people skills!!
