From 12 December 2012 I am still waiting for them to fit the correct rear windshield. I have a hole in my windshield. I have contacted Andrew on numerous occasions he always promise to get back to me within the hour he never does, I have to phone back, when I ask him why he says he is busy. He made arrangements to come to my house and replace the glass about 3, weeks ago, when they did not arrive, at the time specified I phoned him and he promised that as soon as the fitters arrive they will be therd, nobody arri, ed. On 7 Fee I pboned and spoke to Anna, who I believe is the manager, she assured me that she will look into it and get back to me within the hour. 2 Hours later the receptionist Bernice phoned and we made arrangements for them to be at my house today at 9. 00am, it is now after 10 no fitters, no phone call and they are not answeing their phone.
