Excellent all round service

I bought my Kia Rio by Kia Silverton in December and only received excellent service from Kia Motors.

They called me 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle for a general enquiry on my experience of the vehicle, which is a fantastic vehicle, and I only had one query that the hand brake didn't feel as tight as it should be in my mind. They were more than welcome to despatch a technician to me to adjust the handbrake to my liking but due to my working times and where the vehicle is parked during the day, it would not be possible for me to facilitate their offer. They assisted in making arranging for a technician to be available before their regular operating hours but once again, due to circumstances, I could once again not oblige. Afer another week, Kia contacted me to offer an upgrade on the car warranty from 100 000 KM to 200 000 KM for a low price. After another week, I got contacted again for another satisfaction questionare from Kia head office on the service received from the dealer which I rated high. I once by chance had time early in the morning and drove past the Randburg Kia and requested if they would assist with th adjustment of the handbrake where they assisted immediat
