Really bad service and unprofessional

The story is fairly lengthy but after numerous repairs done over the last year and R35000 later my car does not even start. On the 9 February 2013 I collected my car from the Centurion branch who have had my car for two months. They did for the first time give me a loan car while they investigate what I felt was related to a repair which took place in July 2012. Finally they came back to me and told me that my car which has done 173000km needs the engine replaced as it is finished. When I asked the question why Renaults only last this long they could not answer me. On Monday the 4 February they told me they can find one and it will cost me R25000 and they will carry the 22 hours labour. At that point I told them to put my car back to the same condition it arrived in two months ago. I collected the car and the car rattles like a tractor and now this morning it will not start even though the battery is fine. Trust that somebody at Renault will actually give a and contact me.
