Volkswagen
Unable to fix Engine

I took my vehicle for the 1st service at Hatfileld VW on 15 000KM, I took it out and drove to may parents home which is 400Km from Pretoria. The EPC light came on, after being advised bt Hatfield VW I took the car to Lanie Motors in Tzaneen on the 03 January 2013. They had not been able to fix the car, they allegedly replaced the Cylinder head, called me to take the car on the 02 February 2013, drove it for 21KM and it dead on me. I was towed back and given a vehicle which is authorised daily. I cannot go back to Pta in case they call back with the repaired engiine. I am an Attorney, practising for my own account, which means while I wait for VW to findle with the engiine, Im loosing fees from the office. I requested a new engine since my car is 5 months old and VW is unable to fix it, Im told it cannot be authorised bacause of warraty.
I didnt buy a car to be fixed in less than 6 months. I do not wanta fixed engiine, I bought a new car while there were 2nd hand car because i didnt want to be in car workshoops every now and then. Now im told i cant even speak to the Regional Manage
