Im driving Chevrolet Captiva, Since i bought the car i had problems with one light that is on and off, I did take it in at GM Lephalale and they told me its fixed, I also took it to GM hatfield and they also told me it is fixed. I have taken it in for about 4 to 5 times and everytime they tell me it is fixed. There was a time it did not want to start i called GM motors and they promised to try and call the dealer to get me another car but they never came back. I then cancelled my plans to wait for the car to be repaired after a few months the light was on again. Until now when the car is out of warranty. I have tried to call the GM head office and they have never helped me, the last tme i called to complain about bad service from one of their branches they told me there is absolutely nothing they can to help me because they only help people who's cars are still under warranty. Im stuck with a car that im still paying and have a light that the garage failed to repair. I have a feeling they know its a big problem they only wanted me to get out of warranty so they do not have to pay for the car. I have had bad service from GM Hatfield and even worse GM Lephalale.
