And so it has been over 4 weeks since I was contacted by DHL, 9/01/2013 after they saw my post on HelloPeter... and they are still getting back to me with their findings. How long can this investigation possibly take? Another example that they do not keep to their word and are not bothered about customer service. Not even a follow-up call to keep me updated.
I called the call centre this week to query this and the person I spoke with had no record of this complaint on their system. This is exactly the same bad service I received the first time. Lesego Zuma, I am still awaiting your call. Clearly DHL is not interested in redeeming themselves.
