Application for home loan was submitted more than a month ago. Between head office blaming the local office, and the local office "waiting" for head office nothing seems to be happening.
We are waiting; the sellers and agents are waiting, and nothing gets finalised. No communication of status from head office situated in JOHANNESBURG (as always). No local decision making powers. I am a current Nedbank client, but this is really pathetic service.
