IN 2011 I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW DAIHATSU TERIOS (AUTOMATIC). ON 12 DECEMBER 2012 I MET WITH AN ACCIDENT. THE CLAIM WAS AUTHORISED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY ON 14 JANUARY 2013 AND THE SPARES WERE ORDERED. I WAS ALLOWED A COURTESY CAR FOR 28 DAYS AND IT WAS RETURNED ON 24 JAN 2013.
I WAS SHUNTED BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN KA AND THE PANEL BEATRERS. I LODGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH DUMI AT KIA CUSTOMER CARE LINE. TO DATE THERE ARE NO SPARES AVAILABLE AND THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION AS YET.
I AM A SINGLEWORKING MUM WITH 3 KIDS, ALL OF WHOM ARE IN SCOOL. THE INCONVENIBCE HAS BEEN INDESCRIBABLE.
AS A RESULTS OF THIS I AM UNABLE TO SEND MY TWINS TO DAY CARE AND HAVE HAD A TO HIRE HELP TO ASISST ME BECAUSE TEHY ARE NOW AT HOME. I AM UNABLE TO GO TO WORK WITHOUT ASKING MY COLLEAGUES FOR A LIFT AND KIA HAS NO INTEREST IN HELPING ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
I NEED THIS TOB E RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIX THE CAR I SHOULD BE GIVEN A NEW CAR OR AT LEAST SOME KIND OF ASSISTANCE FOR THE INCONVENIENNCE THAT I HAVE SUFFERRED.
