We Bought a BMW 1.25 convertible pre owned from BMW Cedar Isle in fourways. We then decided for intrest stake after a mouth to get an evaluation on the BMW to see value. The BMW dealer we went to said the car has been in a accident and they would only offer almost half of what we paid a month ago. We then notified the Dealer in fourways where we bought the car and saithat it had been in an accident and why did they not tell us. I was absolutly shocked at the response. " we must of missed that, sorry. we will cancel the deal BUT you must pay the short fall (intrest) back to the bank'. I almost fell over. Im a sales manager myself and would never ever treat custermors that way. I was actually foolish as i have heard so many bad things about this branch but in any case we phoned the Bank, Insurance company and BMW SA and where all shocked at the situation because its actually. I thought at least he would make a better deal to keep us quite, but NO they tried to carry on screwing us. I have attorneys now dealing with this and all the people involved eg bank.by law they have to settle the bank. END of the day we know we will come right and put this dealer in there place. Snakes!
