My vehicle was taken in on Monday, 20/05/2013, for brakes; however due to the incompetence of the Nissan staff I'm inconvenienced due to their lack of spares. I have to wait a month for the spares to be available, inorder for my vehicle to be repaired. Adding to the poor customer service, they have refused to give me a courtesy vehicle! I am very upset that a reputable company does not have spares in stock, this is ridiculous!! Can you be of any assistance to me, regarding this matter.
