How is it possible, that we just dont have good/great client service anymore? I was interested in buying a new car, the deal sounded great, just to find out the sales man, didnt have all his info about the car. 1st I said I will view the car between 1 and 2 the afternoon, just to get to Silveroaks from Roodepoort, to find the car went for Roadworthy. 2nd mistake from their side, meeting at 12 the next day, he was still at the office at 10h55, so wouldnt make the meeting time. Also just to find out that the car he wanted to sell me, didnt have aircon, and he included aircon the previous day??? To come back to me, he fetched a new car, but now the pricing went up with? R6000 from the previous quote, but the km is the same. So hence the fact that he did all the effort, I wasnt interested in the deal. How bizarre?
