Treatment to customers
I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service received from Hyundai Polokwane South! I'm starting to think that it's a problem with that branch, this is for the second time I am treated like i am nothing, WHY did I make the blunder of purchasing my vehicle from this manufacturer, THEY JUST DON’T GIVE A dam about certain customers, The first time i took the vehicle for service I was forgotten to be told and collected from tom to collect my car, today I went to take a car to repair the boot, they kept the car until 16h16when i came to collect the car that what is needed to be used to repair need to be ordered, the whole day without communication, is this fair treatment as customer after driving 155 kilometers to the branch, I spoke to the lady Yolanda who was very rude in responding to my question why she did not she communicate, I elevated the matter to the service manager the name Henny who was also white he did the same being so rude, can we be assisted with this behavior, it is unacceptable
