I took my Elantra in for a service at the Hyundai Menlyn branch on the 4th January 2013. After the service when I went to collect my vehicle I noticed a red scratch along the front of my vehicle. I went and spoke to the General Manager (Jacques), he assured me they would repair the scratch. When I arrived at the arranged date, the manager had completely forgotten about our appointment and so could not repair my vehicle. He assured me that he would contact me within the next 2 days to handle my car and I am still waiting for a response? It has been more than 2 weeks. I am disgusted with the poor service from this branch and I hope they do not make a habit of scratching customers' vehicles.
