When I returned my hire car to Durban branch on 30/01/2014 I was greeted with blank stares and monosyllabic responses. I had to insist that they checked the vehicle to ensure I would not be charged for damage however I was given no paperwork and more monosyllabic responses. Now I find that I have billed incorrectly. The call centre promise to sort out the billing issue but generally the service is poor.
