Vehicle rented through insurance whilst my car was in at panel beaters.
Overcharged on fuel, made PROFIT on e-toll charges, charged both myself and insurance company for collection and delivery fees. This is after the car was 'lost' for 2 days after it had been returned to them. The most horrific customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
Advised since last week the delivery/collection fees would be refunded to me, and that the fuel issue would be looked into.
Advised by Chantelle that I was incorrect and funds had been returned to myself - basically called me a.
FNB account clearly shows that no funds have been credited to my account.
Please resolve this issue, as I will continue to take it further until it is resolved.
