I brought my Tata Indica LE in End of January 2008. I had to redo the gearbox. The mechanic showed me that the gearbox was welded he also state that it looks second hand. H? had to replace all the bearing in the gearbox. I would like know how does this work if I brought the tata at Hatfield in Pretoria as a new car and paid the price for a new tata. Since i had the tata i had to replace the clutch twice a year.
I feel i brought brand new car so it won't Let me down. I have a disable child to transport to her center and she has a WP shut that block time and again. Then she is in hospital for about two weeks at a time.
I need some answers on this. I would also like to know what will be done to my situation.
