On my tax invoice: Accident repair/ renter liability for the amount R2233.07. When I return the car at Avis on Sunday 26/1/2014 at OR Tambo nothing was wrong with the car after the inspection. Now on my invoice this amount for accident repair. 28/1/2014: On request of accident report for that amount no response from Avis. Wandile by Customer care told me there was no report on this. I ask him to copy me the email he was sending to Manager at OR Tambo. Today 31/01/2014 still no response from Avis. I contact Wandile at Customer Care ask him for the copy of email but he cant find it on his sent items list. The amount is already taken from my bank account. Bad bad service Avis.
