It is a Monday morning on our way to work, we had to stop on the way for petrol before heading to the highway.
This BP is situated on Zambezi, just before the tollgate for the N1 so they are constantly busy. I though the lowveld had slow service but this BP really took the cup home, its peak traffic with many cars pulling in and the attendants are walking around as if they just had a Sunday lunch and nap time was nearing.

We waited patiently with 2 cars infront of us, when we eventually got to the front of the line, we waited 5min before the attendant (whom was not wearing any sort of identification tag or name badge) came back to assist us - there were enough attendants per pump. He came around to the window and stood there with a blank stare leaning against the pole, and said "I am waiting for the shift change to replace me". By then my blood is boiling and i am already late for work, i mentioned this to the attendant and he simply replied that he wasnt going to help us, we must wait for the next guy he is done with his shift.

Now i don't often fill up by a BP and sure as will never be doing so again. Service for a SA brand and service we should trust and support
