NO service at shift change

I commute between Camperdown and Durban daily so often stop at the Engen Garage in Cato ridge to fill up.

It has happened on numerious occasions that when i stop there i get no service and the usual responce it that the petrol attendants are changing shift. The result is that you sit there and have to wait for service with the petrol attendants just looking at you. Surely there should be a contingency plan in place for the change of shift.

I then asked to speak to the manager Monica who had a bad attitude and made like it was my fault for coming to refuel at shift change time.

While i was waiting for service i saw other motorists leaving the garage without having been served.

Wake up and get your house in order.
