This is a warning to all, never leave your possessions in an Avis car as you will never get it back. This is what happened to me. I left my priced umbrella in their car and unfortunately I never got it back. I followed up by sending an enquiry from their web site no one responded. Called several times and their manager never got back to me. Went to their office in Dec 2013 was told they are not responsible for items left in the car and they promised to look and come back to me, they never did. If unfortunately that we remain loyal under these circumstances.
Avis please take care of your customers and be trustworthy.
