I was struggling to obtain a parcel despatched from Kalahari. I ended up having to contact the courier service to organize parcel collection. No solid support could be provided from Kalahari. So thanks to the staff at RTT courier service who ensured that I receive my parcel this past Saturday especially Sandra who assisted, the manager who responded and the driver who waited.
