I brought my 1993 Camry for a Platinum wash a couple months ago.
I also paid R100 for them to polish the vehicle.
They did an incredibly job and because I had run short on time and had to leave, I was promised by Felix that I could come back another time to get the Job Done Properly instead of being offered a refund.
I did not get a free weekend to bring the vehicle in and the vehicle has now recently been sold.
I would like to enquire when I will be given a refund or be able to bring my new vehicle to be polish.
I paid for a polish I expect a polish.
The Rivonia branch is poorly maintained and run. There is no signage with pricelist and they have no till and do not give proper cash slips, so knows if I am being charged the correct fee for a car wash.
I honestly have never had a wash from Moto-Wash where I have felt satisfied with the outcome for what I am paying.
please do something to rectify the situation.
