Sort out your new payment systems

I am irritated by this service station as they do not know how their new systems work and have been taking double payments from unsuspecting peoples accounts (I PERSONALLY KNOW OF TWO PEOPLE)

They are also reserving the transactions when they debit clients and this is VERY ANNOYING as my bank account is a mess now!!!

SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!!
