LAZY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!

I was at Sasol Centurion Lyttleton Road on 01/02/2013 to fill my car... I was told that I needed to pay for the fuel inside, as they have no network outside. When I went inside, the cashier swiped the card, and told me it was declined, where I didnt even type in my pin! How can a card decline without all procedures done?? The cashier then told me that my pin was not necessary? So what this means, is I can take any ones card, not even know the pin and use it???
This was clear to me that the cashier was way to lazy to assist!
