Dear sir/ Madam
I am a Sasol customer and always try and fill my vehicle with Sasol fuel were ever i go in the country. its very frustrating that on numerous occasions the Ficksburg petrol station has run out of fuel over the festive season.
I believe this is unacceptable taken the size of the Sasol organization, this is making me consider if i should remain loyal to Sasol, this makes me sad as its a South African company employing many South Africans
I honestly hope that this problem is rectified very soon as i saw lots of frustrated customers while i was there protraing Sasol in a very poor light as the garage owner was trying to calm all his clients
