EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

On 29th Jan 13 we went to AUTOVIEW to see a 2006 Opel Astra Gtc priced at R119, 990 we wanted to trade our vehicle in. We dealt with the owner Robbie & requested a trade in price for our 2008 Citroen C2 VTS 2.0L Executive. He had to make a few calls because the vehicle is not listed in the dealer guide books. The Opel had a lot of issues, rear accident, deep scratch on side and missing mirror caps & few things not working. We wanted to negotiate better price due to issues. Said he would give us a call by 5pm that day. my car is in excellent condition - but he was making excuses- like he did not want our business. We never got feedback, sent him a message, he came back with a tradein price eventually. We applied for finance & sent all our documents on 30th Jan13 @10:15am. We heard nothing back. called once again to ask about finance. & it took 2 days for us to find out that the banks had not 'supposedly' returned info etc.till today no one has come back to us. We went to see a car in Randburg on Sat - sent our docs 4th got approval & have the car in our driveway 1 day later 5th.-no hassle trade in- 1year newer car with difference of R10 price & SPOTLESS compared. Dont waste your time!
