We are utterly disgusted in the way Rail Road containers are dealling with an accident they caused and are liable for. 4 weeks after the incident and the issue is still not resolved. We are being shunted from pillar to post and when the issue is being escalated, the individual does not want even give us an opportunity to speak/complete our sentences, nor come to a conclusion to this matter. It is clear that this person and company has an agenda no to listen to the complainant nor will to resolve any matter speadily.
