Faulty Lunch Containers

I recently had 4-off lunch containers replaced by Tupperware because they became sticky and i was advised by the agent that it was a faulty batch. After - 3 years, the same problem arose. I took it back to the agent who advised me to use Handy Andy cleaner to get rid of the stickiness. I tried this and the stickiness was removed, however, the color of the container & lid changed which made it look terribly old. I went back to the agent who now told me that Tupperware does not guarantee discoloration and there is nothing that she can do. I then reported it on Tupperware online (about 8 days ago) and had no response although they mention that someone would contact me within 48 hours. I now cannot use these lunch boxes as they look terrible. Please can someone help resolve this issue. I am from Pietermaritzburg and reported to the agent at the Spar in Commercial Road. For the record, i own many different Tupperware containers and none of them has the problem as the lunch containers.
