Shell South Africa
SHELL ULTAR CITY BAD SERVICE

Two years ago i passed through Klerksdorp and stopped at the ultra city. The toilet coin machine was FULL according to the attendant. We had to pay her R2.00 for her to unlock the Wheelchair toilet. There was a row of about 6 people waiting to use the toilet. I passed through on Saturday 18th January 2014 and when I inserted 2xR1.00 coins in the approriate slot, it only registered R1.00 and the gate would not open. Martha was standing there and saw me put in the money, and kindly told me that I would have to put in another coin as the machine had only registered 1xR1.00 coin. When I refused to do this, she just kept on insisting I pay another R1.00, which I refused to do. I had to go into the shop and asked to see the manager after which the cashier brough a key to the disabled toilet again. What I cannot understand as well, is that THIS IS THE ONLY SHELL ULTRA CITY THAT I HAVE TO PAY TO MAKE USE OF THE TOILET FACILITIES. I feel SHELL should make all toilets free to patrons, usually they are tired and very much in need of the facilities, and don't have time to stand arguing with an atendant to have the facilities opened this istotally unacceptable Thanks Ann Shepherd
