Myself and my 3 year old daughter walked around in Plantland waiting for my husband so that we can go and eat breakfast at Koffietijd.
She urgently needed to use the toilet so we walked in at Koffietijd and asked if we could please use the facilities, the owner-es asked me who is my waitress and I said we don't have one now but we are planning to eat here.
So she refused that we use the toilet because only a waitress has a key to open the door for us and if we don't have a waitress we are not allowed to use the toilet. She said that its on the Notice board!
Now I ask you Mrs Owner do you think I care what's on a notice board when a 3 year old needs to go??? Maybe you need to use your discretion sometimes and see when people really are abusing your toilet facilities or when people are really being sincere and asking nicely in a emergency situation with a small child.
I will never put my foot in your little restaurant ever again and I will make sure none of my friends or family do either. You should not treat your potential customers like that and think its ok.
