Money more important than their clients

I saw a Renault RX4 2003 model that I was interested in. I phoned and spoke to a guy with the name of Patrick.

I asked him if the car is still available and he said yes. I made an appointment with him to see him the Thursday 31st of January. My husband came all the way from Rustenburg to have look at the car with me to make sure it is a solid deal. Patrick was not there and we were helped by Craig Tebbut. He said the car is available.

We then arranged for finance and it was granted. BUT The next day I had to phone several times to speak to Craig. He came back to me and said he is sorry but his boss sold the car the night before for cash.

I have never seen this happening in any dealership. I would have understood if the finance did not go through but it did.
It is absolutely appalling the way that they treat their clients.

I really can not understand how they can get away with it.
