I took delivery of my brand new Hyundai on Fri 19/07/13.I have not experienced the pleasure of owning this car due to the appalling service received from Hyundai Boksburg! On Mon 22/07 I notified Hyundai the driver's side window made a terrible 'buzzing' noise. Up to date I have taken my car in 4 times for replacing window tint & once for replacing window mechanism ON A BRAND NEW CAR! I was fed up with quality control from Hyundai Boksburg & was asked to deal with Craig. On Wed 30/10, Craig SAT IN my car & I pointed out the faults... He said bring your car Mon morning 8am direct to me, do not deal with anyone else. Mon 8am Craig tells me wait in TV lounge. It's 8:20am & I'm still waiting. I ask Theresa to call him. When Craig comes through he is abrupt and says "what is the problem? I told you I will sort it out! "I stood in shock still holding my keys, no job card was opened & Craig said deal with him only. At 3:30pm I call to check if my car is ready, Craig says I'll check if it"s here. I said what do you mean? He starts shouting "I said I'll call you"& cuts the call. I re-call & say I don't appreciate your rudeness, he cuts the call again! Car left premises without my permission! NO QUALITY CONTROL!
