Car gone for a month

Hi

I left my car at dent doctor in midrand after damaging my control arm and other suspension parts on January 7 2012. I also asked them to respray my front bumper and side skirt. After one month still no parts! Is this even possible? My car is 2012 BMW E92 M3.
They say they are using other VIN numbers to order parts so BMW will not be able to trace the accident and this is the reason my car is still there basically untouched. I did not give them consent to do this and was only made aware when I called BMW Midrand and they confirmed that after 3 weeks no parts have been ordered using my VIN number.
After telling them that I want my car removed they said they cannot give back my R50000 deposit which is basically all of the bill.
In one month all they have done is taken off parts and put primer on my fender. What makes it even worse is that business is in the same complex as dent doctor. Please help
