I was involve in a minor accident on 24/12/2012 report the incident to Miwai my claim got @proved by the 1st week in january, I got a date for the 24/01/2013 for the repair of my vechile on the 23/01/2013 Renew it called to re schedule my date to 30/01/2013.Took my car in for repairs on that day and got and update from miwaithe following stating that your vechile repairs are still in progress, the car hire I have is for 10 days and it was for return on the 6/01/2012, onthe 05/01/2012 I gave Rene it a call the guy I spoke to wasn't sure where my car was @ the time said he will give me a call back and he never did called again and he said yiour car is in the striping department waiting for parts to be odered, I went to renew it after work to findmy car parked in the street with 100's of other cars and It has not yet been touch by anyone stilll the same way as I brought it.
Thanks to miwai extrending car hire for 3 more days but it did not help @ all cause the rental car is due to go back today and Renew it is still waiting for those repairsm now what do I do whts the point of giving a client a date for repairs and your parks in the street for more than 10days waiting for repairs
