DONT CARE ATTITUDE

I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE RECEIVED A VEHICLE FROM AVIS, THROUGH MOMENTUM INSURANCE, ON THE 07/01/14. DUE TO INCOMPETENCE FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, I UNFORTUNATELY, FINALLY RECEIVED A CAR ON THE 10/01/14.UPON RECEIVING THE CAR, I WAS AT EASE UNTIL THAT EVENING AROUND 11PM WHEN THE ALARM OF THAT NEW FORD FIESTA LOANED TO ME BY AVIS, BEGAN WAILING EVERY HOUR UNTIL THE MORNING..
APPARENTLY, THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT AVIS IS AWARE OF. WHEN THEY WERE TOLD ABOUT IT, A LADY BY THE NAME OF GINA FROM THE ROSEBANK BRANCH, PROMISED TO CALL ME SAME DAY WITH A REPLACEMENT, BUT DID DID NOTHING ABOUT IT UNTIL 24HRS LATER WHEN I HAD TO SHOUT & FRUSTRATE MYSELF EVEN FURTHER FOR HER TO DELIVER ANOTHER VEHICLE TO ME WHICH SHE INITIALLY REFUSED TO DO.
THE PROBLEMS I HAVE EXPERIENCED MAY NOT HAVE AFFECTED YOUR LIFE, GINA, BUT IT SURE AS HAS MINE!!!
NEXT TIME, CONSIDER THE FRUSTRATION AS WELL AS THE INCONVENIENCE HAVING SLEEPLESS NIGHTS, I AS THE CLIENT HAVE TO DEAL WITH IN THIS TYPE OF SITUATION!!!
